Subscription Terms

PLEASE READ THE POWER PAWS WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS IN ANY DISPUTE INVOLVING POWER PAWS OR THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO OUR PRODUCTS.

1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “Subscription Terms”) govern your purchase of and subscription to the products offered by Sunshine Commerce Pty Ltd (ABN 46 691 645 299) trading as Power Paws (“Power Paws”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Throughout these Subscription Terms, “Products” refers to all Power Paws nutritional supplements, including but not limited to DS-23, and any other subscription products we may offer.

By subscribing to our Products, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms. These Terms apply to all customers who participate in our subscription program.

Personal information collected in relation to subscriptions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to our Products. You may only use our Products in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

2. Subscription Program and Automatic Renewal

When you subscribe to Power Paws products (the “Program”), you agree that your subscription will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout (for example, every 30 days).
You authorise Power Paws or its third-party payment processor to store and charge your payment method automatically for each recurring order, including applicable shipping fees and taxes, until you cancel.
You will be charged the then-current subscription price on the renewal date. If prices change, we will notify you prior to your next scheduled renewal.

Billing Information

You must ensure that all billing information is current, complete, and accurate. If your payment method expires or is declined, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until updated payment details are provided.

You can update your billing information at any time by logging into your Power Paws account or contacting hello@powerpaws.com.au.

3. Product Use

Our Products are intended for personal use only. Reselling or distributing Power Paws products without written permission is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to violate this policy, including bulk or high-frequency purchases.

4. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if payment is not authorised, product availability changes, or there is an error in product information or pricing.

Your card or payment method will not be charged until your order has been confirmed and processed.

5. Shipping and Handling

Australia

All subscription orders within Australia include free standard shipping. Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

New Zealand

A flat-rate shipping fee of $15 AUD applies to all subscription orders shipped to New Zealand. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance.

Tracking information is sent automatically once your order ships. You can also track your order in your Power Paws account.

Important Notes

Power Paws is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes outside Australia.
We are not liable for any parcels marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that cannot be located by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel, simply:

Log into your Power Paws account and click “Manage Subscription”, or
Email hello@powerpaws.com.au at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for future renewals once cancellation is confirmed.

Power Paws reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription program at any time without prior notice.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your first subscription order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To request a refund:

Contact our customer care team at hello@powerpaws.com.au within 30 days of receiving your first order.
Refunds will be processed for the full product cost, excluding shipping.
There is no need to return the product unless requested by our team.

Refunds apply only to the first subscription order and are not available for subsequent refills or reactivated subscriptions. Refunds are processed within approximately 2–5 business days after approval.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.

8. Pricing and Promotions

We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. You will be notified in advance of any price change, and the new price will apply to your next renewal unless you cancel beforehand.

Discounts and promotions may not apply to existing subscriptions unless specifically stated.

9. International Orders

International customers (outside Australia) are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Power Paws does not issue refunds for parcels delayed, held, or refused due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Power Paws will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the subscription program or the use of our Products.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
